Most of villagers does agriculture. Mostly they grow cotton, rice, wheat, sugarcane, grams, vegetables etc. Most of them have their own lands (Farms) & others also take the lands on lease. Most of them do irrigation by electricity pumps & some of them also use tractor & engine pumps. They also use water from Bhakra Canal. Goto Start

 Army is very popular in our villagers. There are 200 people in our village who are in army. They are in army like Sikh army, Assam Rifles, CRPF, Artillery, BSF, Parachute, Air Force, ITBP. Almost 20 people work for Police. Goto Start

There is about 20 persons who work for electricity department. There are 5 persons who are government teachers. There are about 20 people who teach in private schools. Some of the villagers are doctors & some of them have their own medical stores. All together they are about 10. There are 4 jewelers, 6 hairdressers, 13 Electricians, 12 Tailor . Some of the villagers also do other work like photo studio, motor cycle & cycle repair, tractor repair, workshops, string stores, taxi drivers, carpenter, shopkeeper etc. NOW DAYS PEOPLE FROM OUR VILLAGE ARE MOVING TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES LIKE NEW ZEALAND, AUSTRALIA, CANADA,USA and Dubai etc. Almost 100 People lives in foreign countries.
