Main wards in our Village

Bhuleria Patti(Agwarh):

It’s a old laughable story that Bhuleria’s great grandfathers were building their house. At the end they were building a room, they were building it by standing inside of it. When they finished it they realized that they didn’t leave any door to get out. Then someone said” Wah oye Bhulle Bhulerio” Now we are known as Bhulle Bhulerie or Bhulerie or Bhuleria. It is the famous part of the village. It is situated in north-west side of the village. People who stay in this Patti are- Jatt, Sunaiaar, Pandit, Mahant, Carpenter, Darji, Raje etc. Goto Start

Khara Agwarh :

It is in north-east side & near road of Khara (neighbor village) that’s why it is known by Khara Agwarh. It is mainly the area of Majabi Sikh cast. But some of Jatt, Pandit & Baniya also live in this Patti. Goto Start

Khuh Agwarh:

This patti is oldest part of the village. There is a Khuh(Well). Long time ago, people from 12 neighbor villages used to drink water of this Khuh. It is still there but now it nearly close. Gurudwara Chardi Kala sahib comes in this area. It is the area of Pandits, Raje. Some of Jatt, Darji, Sadh, Marasi & Baniya are also living there. Goto Start

Kila Agwarh :

It is in west of village. Long time ago there was a kila(Port) in this area, That’s why it is known by Kila Agwarh.There is one Gurudwara Sahib in this area. In this Patti, Jatt, Ravidasia( Some people devide them in separate area, they called it Ravidasia Agwarh, But Ravidasia also comes in Kila Agwarh), Pandit, Luhar, baniya live in this Patti. Chotia Agwarh :

Long time ago, Some Jatt people came from Chotia village (Distt.-Mansa), that’s why those people are known by Chotia. Chotia is also surname of them. They all live together in this area, that’s why it is called Chotia Agwarh. Jatt, Pandit, Baniya, Darji, Ghumar, Luhar, Teli are living in chotia Agwarh. Goto Start

Chhaauni Agwarh(cantonment) :

In Sikh religion, we have a Dal (Battalion) that is called Budha Dal. In our village, Budha Dal made a Gurudwara Sahib, it is known as Chhaauni(Cant. of Budha Dal). The area which is near to this Chhaauni we call it Chhaauni Agwarh. Jatt, Majabi Sikh, Baniya, Pandit, Ghumar etc are living in this area. Goto Start
